How to improve your vision at home

What can be more annoying and frustrating than a weak eye sight. If you watch too much television or work long hour in front of the computer (as we all do) or maybe you if you like to read and you don’t have the proper light, all these can cause your vision to fade more and more. We are lucky that glasses were invented (their first name was ’stones for reading’, funny huh?). Sometimes they are chic, but sometimes we simply want to through them away.

Why not help medicine with our own methods and techniques? And when you take in consideration that these recipes are within everyone’s reach,  you end up with no excuse not to try them. Here is one recipe that will strengthen your eye muscles and will improve your vision. Be patient and don’y give up until you made the entire cure if you want to reap the benefits.

INGREDIENTS: 100 g of each: almonds, fennel seeds or saunf, sugar candy or mishri.

Take all these ingredients and grind them up and then mix them together. This powerful powder is your healing remedy. Take 3 spoons from it and put it in a glass with hot milk and drink it every night before sleep. Remember not to eat anything after this. You should drink this for a few months and you’ll literally see the difference.

You can also help your eyes by splashing cold water on your face in the morning. Furthermore you can rub your palms together until they feel warm and then put them over your closed eyes so they can rest. Make pauses every hour when you work on your computer an look out the window. A nice and very helpful exercise is to look first at something close to you and fixate it with your eyes, and after one minute change your glance to something that is in the distance, far in the distance and fixate the new subject with your eyes.

This is very helpful for your eye muscles and you’ll see the effects immediately when you return to your work. Your eyes will be visible refreshed and ready to start over, and this takes you only a few minutes, too little time for such a big progress.
