DIY body cream, butter and milk

DIY Moisturizing Body cream

Especially relevant for all skin types and in particular to those very dry.

Ingredients:

80 grams of cocoa butter,

1 teaspoon of each: coconut oil, avocado oil, almond oil, olive oil, jojoba oil,

 

10 ml of vitamin E,

10 drops of essential oil of lavender,

5 drops of essential oil of patchouli (or sandalwood).

Preparation: First, melt the cocoa butter in a double boiler. Once that is done, add the remaining ingredients, except the essential oils (press the capsules of vitamin E to bring out the content). Leave the mixture to cool and add the essential oils. next, mix everything and pour the contents into small molds (such as those used to make muffins).Leave to cool in the refrigerator. With these doses, you will be able to make enough for several applications. Also, if kept in a cool, dry place, it will not undergo any change. That is because it contains a natural preservative, vitamin E.

Apply after a shower on damp skin.

DIY Body Milk with aloe vera

Especially relevant for all skin types.

Ingredients:

20 grams of cocoa butter,

5 grams of beeswax,

10 g of vegetable glycerin,

120 grams of aloe vera gel,

20 ml of sweet almond oil,

2 tablespoons jojoba oil,

1 teaspoon of vitamin E,

10 drops of essential oil of lavender,

10 drops of essential oil of geranium.

Preparation: First, melt the cocoa butter and bees wax in a double boiler, stirring well until a homogeneous mixture. At the same time, heat in a saucepan glycerin and aloe vera gel. Next, remove both compounds from the stove and pour the aloe vera in the beeswax. Mix well until the preparation completely  cools. Finally, add the oils of sweet almond, jojoba and of vitamin E, after doing this, enter all essential oils. Mix everything very carefully and you’re done!

DIY Body butter

Especially relevant for dry, dehydrated and prone to psoriasis or eczema.

Ingredients:

100 grams of cocoa butter,

10 g of beeswax,

55 ml of coconut oil,

20 ml of jojoba oil,

30 ml of sweet almond oil,

20 ml of avocado oil,

1/2 teaspoon based on vitamin E oil,

1 tablespoon of vegetable glycerin,

50 drops of essential oil of your choice.

Preparation: Melt cocoa butter and bees wax in a double boiler. Once removed from the stove add the coconut oil, jojoba, sweet almond, avocado, based on vitamin E and amalgam with care. furthermore, leave to cool for 10-15 minutes. Next, add the vegetable glycerin and essential oil. Mix everything very well. After obtaining a homogeneous mixture, using a spoon pour everything into a glass container and store it in a cool, dry place. With this recipe you can use your body butter for at least a month.
