In spring is important to grant special attention to the skin, especially because during winter, it suffered from exposure to dry and cold weather. Cleaning and hydration is mandatory before summer. Here are three face masks that you can prepare, at home, and that will prepare you for the hot season.
- Chocolate face mask
Ingredients: 1 teaspoon cocoa, 1 teaspoon of sour cream, 1 teaspoon coconut butter, 4 teaspoon honey, 1 teaspoon oatmeal.
Method of preparation: Mix all ingredients until they smooth and apply the face mask obtained. Leave it on for 15 minutes, then remove it with warm water.
- Grape face mask
Ingredients: 1 cup of white grape, thoroughly washed, 1 teaspoon honey or 1 egg yolk.
Method of preparation: Add ingredients in a blender and mix them well until you get a smooth paste. Apply the obtained mask on the face after you’ve previously damped the skin. Leave the mask on the face for 20 minutes, then rinse out thoroughly with water at room temperature.
- Egg white and yogurt face mask
Ingredients: 2 egg whites, 2 teaspoons of plain yogurt.
Method of preparation: Add the egg whites in a bowl and pour over them the yogurt. Mix them well until they become a smooth composition. Apply the mask on the face and leave on for 15 minutes. Finally rinse with warm water. Wipe your face gently dabbing with a soft towel.
